National Workshop is a focussed choral experience designed to strengthen hearts, improve vocal ability and share the joy of singing with others.
Dates & Times: 5:30 pm Thursday 16 Oct - Saturday 18 Oct 2025
Venues: ADFA Adams Auditorium, Australian Parliament House, Australian War Memorial, and other locations around Canberra.
After completing registration, you receive a link to download your confirmation document, which contains bank transfer information.

Note: National Workshop is for women and girls who are current financial members of AMWChoir Inc. Canberra.
Junior members 10+ are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian. Infants (around 12 months or younger) are welcome to attend with their Mums. Child members are not able to attend.
Children not described above must have care organised off-site during workshop hours so that we can leave our cares outside the door, sing our hearts out and immerse ourselves in workshop activities.
Your accommodation and travel costs will be at your own expense. You may be able to reduce your accommodation costs by being hosted by a Canberra singer. A partial reimbursement of travel costs to and from Canberra may be available. Reimbursements in the past have averaged around 60% of travel costs.
Canberra hotel accommodation offers: Both Sebel Hotels in Campbell and Civic have offered a 20% discount, and The Mercure Canberra has offered an 18 % discount. Please see detailed offers in the Workshop rego confirmation document.
