Joining the choir

Are you a woman with a significant connection to a current or recently serving ADF member? Are you a current or recently serving female ADF member?  Do you love to sing? Joining the Australian Military Wives Choir is easy!  

1. Find your location’s choir and get in touch.

2. Once you have connected with your location Coordinator, jump online and register here. (Read on in the meantime!)

** If you are in a location without an in-person choir, contact AMWChoir Online. AMWChoir Online is available to all members in any location!

Our yearly membership fee helps to cover licensing and insurance costs. The fee also covers your music folder with licensed sheet music, which is on loan for a year. Association memberships renew each calendar year. Note: A reduced membership fee applies to those joining after the AGM held in October each year.

On payment of membership and completion of a membership form, you can receive your music folder for the year, be covered under insurance and licensing, and get access to the AMWChoir music app. That’s it - then you're in! 

Our association membership fee for 2026 is $60 per calendar year for women 17 and over (Adult); for girls aged 10 to 16 (Junior), it is 50% of the Adult fee; and for girls under 10 (Child), it is free. 

Junior and Child members must be accompanied by an eligible adult member at all times.
