Support our Conference!

In 2015, three years after the very first AMWChoir kicked off in Canberra, we held our first National Choir Conference.  It was an amazing weekend where singers were able to come together from all our choirs to sing, learn and connect.  This year, we're doing it all again! 

The biggest challenge for our members is getting to the conference, which is being held in Canberra.  As you know, Australia is a big place!  This year our choirs have multiplied and we now have singers in Townsville, Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth!  We are pretty spread out!  So what we're asking is this: if you can spare it, we would be so grateful if you could help us to fund the travel of as many members as possible to get to our conference this October.  The more the merrier, as the saying goes.  It really does make a huge difference to come together and sing as a whole community, and we are trying to offer that experience to as many of our members as we can.  

The AMWChoir is run entirely not-for-profit - that means that every dollar we receive in membership fees, sponsorship, grants or donations goes directly back to running the choir.  This is no different: any donations we receive from you lovely generous souls will go straight to supporting our members to travel to the conference.
